Here is the event schedule. Note that changes do happen at the last minute. At the registration tent, there will be a white board with the most up-to-date information. Please check the board daily for any changes to the schedule.

| all Day!!! | Open trail riding. |
| 10pm-7am | Quiet Time in the group camp – please be courteous. |
| Friday April 13 | |
| 12pm-6pm | Registration opens. |
| all Day!!! | Open trail riding. |
| 8pm-? | Guided night ride (difficulty level TBD). Will meet around the registration tent area. |
| 8pm-ish | Movie under the big tent. Title is TBD. |
| 10pm-7am | Quiet Time in the group camp – please be courteous. |
| Saturday April 14 | |
| 8am-12pm | Registration opens. |
| all Day!!! | Open trail riding. |
| 9am-12pm | Guided Beginner/Intermediate trail ride. Will meet around the registration tent area. |
| 2pm-2:30pm | Synthetic Winch Line Repair - Sponsored by Southeast Overland Adventures. |
| 3pm-6:30pm-ish | Raffle ticket on sale. Will be wondering around the camp and registration tent/food area. $1each. |
| 3:30pm-4:30pm | Recovery Basics - Sponsored by Southeast Overland Adventures. |
| 5:30pm-ish | Catered dinner begins (have your meal tickets ready). |
| 6:30pm-ish | Raffle / Auction begins. Award the annual trophy. |
| 8:00pm-ish | Movie under the big tent. Title is TBD. |
| 10pm-7am | Quiet Time in the group camp – please be courteous |
| Sunday April 15 | |
| 10am-1pm | Ad-Hoc Trail Ride. There are always a few of us left at camp that head our for one last ride. |
| 12pm | Clean up commences - please pick up your area and move trash to the designated area, lower the tents, etc. |
| 2pm | Group camp closed - go home! Thanks for coming and see you at the next event, have a safe trip home. |
About Our Charity - The Conservator's Center
This year we are proud to announce that our charity is The Conservators' Center Inc. The Conservators' Center is a nonprofit organization that preserves threatened species through responsible captive breeding, rescuing wildlife in need, and providing educational programs and support worldwide. This is a local charity (Mebane, NC). Check out their website for more information about this cause and how to visit their facility.
